Hi. Reading the SPDY spec, it seems the intent is to allow multiple values for each header name. However, looking at the description of the binary layout of the header block, I do not see how I can distinguish names from values. All I know is that the first slot is a name and the second is a value. But is the third slot, if any, a name or a second value of the first name?
