You can use the following queries to follow Mac Beta issues:

http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list?can=2&q=os:mac&sort=Mstone

http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list?can=2&q=os:mac&mode=grid&y=Releaseblock&x=Mstone&cells=counts

http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list?can=2&q=os:mac%20releaseblock:Beta

I believe the current target for Mstone:4 (Chrome 4) is to fix all the
Beta release blockers so that there can be both Mac and Linux Chrome
betas.
