I know that this idea does kind of go against the whole thought of Chromium but people should be able to open their disk drive and put in a disk game or application and then install it to the list of apps. This way you are able to play games with your friends instead just being able to talk about it with Google Talk. If Chromium is not able to have programs installed then that completely cuts it off from the world and even alienates Chromium from every other operating system known to man.
I know that most games will not be able to open in a "browser tab" but with the ability of the UI that lets you zoom out and look at all your windows on one workspace maybe you could be able to design a type of "App Window". This would solve the problem of not having an app and not being able to access it on the web. Maybe you could even create a file system that allows users to use Mac applications like iChat or Windows applications like Messenger. At least this way you would be able to run Chromium without having the need of a second OS for everyday use.
