They are available. But maybe there was a bad change that introduced this error. Remember, Chromium snapshots are being created automatically, once it compiles (and according to other unknown factors or something), it saves the result as a snapshot, it does not matter whether the it passed the tests or not. If the "registry timeout" error is coming from the Chromium silent installer, then you should file a bug, I guess, at new.crbug.com (search for existing issues first at crbug.com). If the error comes from the updater, then contact the maintainer of the program, as it is not related to the Chromium project.
