Sorry, it's only implemented in Windows at the moment. The toolstrip UI is minimal for both Linux and Mac. It doesn't support dragging, or moles, or theming or a number of other features. The reason for this is that the UI is still in flux, and while we're deciding on the direction, it's wasted effort to implement every little change across all platforms.
As the UI stabilizes, you can expect us to keep them more in sync. Thanks for your patience.
