Well, it's kind of disabling the IME. Imagine user is writing an e-mail to
his friend in some language other than English. He wants to lookup some
info to send to the friend on a Web-site he knows so he opens new tab and
starts typing the address. However input language is not English so he types
"ццц" instead of "www". He has to switch input language, correct his mistake
and face the same problem when he returns to writing the letter.
To address this issue the extension could ignore the current input language
when user types to the address bar so no matter what the input language
currently is, "www" is what appears in the box.
