It has two main differences:
    - In Opera's speed dial you choose what to add unlike Chrome's 
built-in new tab page in which pages are included following a Most 
Visited/Recently Closed strategy.
    - Unlike Chrome's built-in new page, you don't lose the pages added 
to Opera's speed dial if you clean the browsing data.

I read this method but it's not exactly what I want to do. I want the 
user to be able to create the thumbnail of the page and load the preview 
without actually needing to visit the website.
