I reported something similar, where my UI have some hidden divs that show
when hovering over some other elements. This causes the popup to auto resize
as if all those divs were visible, when they are not, including a lot of
flickering. So it seems to be related to the auto resize feature of the
popup. I was told to file a bug with a simple test scenario, but haven't had
the time yet. If you can please do it, otherwise I will. ;)
