Hi, I've faced the following: If I call window.open(some_http_url) from background page then content script is not injected. This is true only for Windows Vista/7; On Windows XP, 2003, various Linux it works. What is the right behavior - Vista/7 or XP? If this is by design then what is the proper way to open HTTP page from background script?
