I'm thinking of somehow creating a chrome extension that can act as a theme changer-there can be theme packages that come as extensions, the extension enables the user to choose between the themes that came along with the extension package.( some way to change the theme bg, frame,tab,etc., when the user chooses an option at an extention??)
