Ooops. Slight misunderstanding on my part. Lack of sleep I guess... You are right. The top rated list looks a little weird, since extensions with fewer and lower ratings in some cases show up above ones with more and higher ratings.
This I believe is due to the fact that the order is not determined on-demand but is calculated periodically. So, after the list is ordered we'll have more votes that are going to affect the order the next time it is calculated. I chalk this up to a side-effect of the gallery just having opened for the public and this should stabilize over time.
