Hi guys,

To clarify:

   - By default, any extension uploaded to the gallery gets a new ID.
   - If you include a key.pem file in the zip, we use that instead.
   - Updates (from the edit page) always retain the ID in the gallery. Any
   key.pem file is discarded.
