I don't know when the week ends, but maybe the week ends Sunday (don't know
which timezone) people usually use UK time (6PM EST)  since that is the
center of the world.

I don't know what Google uses, I am not a Googler to know what they use in
their magic code :x I am just a Chromiumer. It might be a timing bug. I
don't know :)
