UPDATE: Seems that the Download becomes functional agained after I removed our youtube preview movie from the first position on the Gallery page's right panel. Problem can be reproduced again by moving my movie back to the first preview position. This is reproducible only on 4.0.266. Likely guess is that the youtube video broke something.
