Would it be possible to have a local file with hosts that are known to be used
for advertisements and say ... if the script is delivered by one of these hosts
then dont process that script at all?

Or does it become much more complicated than that because those scripts
can enforce indirectly to be loaded, because desireable pages and scripts can
depend on that?
