It was a direct copy (even includes my own debug messages), and the Gallery forbids any uploads that violates a person's copyright, as stated clearly in TOS. And copyright do not need a GPL to enact. Changing a few variables' names is considered derived work, and it is considered violation also.

I don't think that means I can upload it again, change its name, and claim I made such good extensions.
