I saw some strange behavior while testing updates to my extension a few weeks ago, and I wanted to ping the list to see if anyone else has seen this. Chrome reloads the extension after installing a new version. For my extension, some of the scripts being executed after the reload were from the previous version. These particular scripts were not updated until I restarted Chrome. The scripts that seemed cached were attached to the background page. I know our BrowserAction popup was updated. I haven't had a chance to make a test case for this yet. Has anyone seen something like this?
