1. Would be useful. Especially when the loaded extension gets removed
because you reloaded it after a bad manifest change. File a feature request
at new.crbug.com.
2. Dream on... ;) RAR needs to be licensed in order to be used. ZIP has open
source alternatives. As far as I know.
3. I was sure I have seen it happening already! but it does not happen any
longer. Weird. Perhaps a regression?
