Hi Julius, Thanks, good to know. I was asking cause on the online editor this option (to generate chugins) is not available anymore, and the same when from Terminal I run "faust2" and then press TAB to see the list of "formats". I'll give it a try later on. In case I'll send a mail to the Faust mailing list, it seems weird to me that this option has been grayed out.
Cheers, Mario Sent from my Wiko ROBBYOn Mar 20, 2018 05:00, Julius Smith <j...@ccrma.stanford.edu> wrote: > > I meant "miniAudicle" of course > > On Mon, Mar 19, 2018 at 9:57 PM, Julius Smith <j...@ccrma.stanford.edu> > wrote: > > As far as I know, faust2ck still works: > > > > https://github.com/spencersalazar/faust2ck > > > > I last used it with midiAudicle > > > > - Julius > > > > On Mon, Mar 19, 2018 at 5:18 PM, Mario Buoninfante > > <mario.buoninfa...@gmail.com> wrote: > >> Hi, > >> > >> does anybody know if it's still possible to create ChucK chugins using > >> Faust? > >> I know about Fauck, that is an amazing project, but I remember a couple of > >> years ago it was possible to generate Chugins as well. but now it looks > >> like > >> it's not possible anymore, also if I read about it on Kadenze (quote: > >> Thanks > >> to its architecture system, Faust can be used to generate a wide range of > >> ready-to-use elements such as audio plug-ins (e.g., VST, AU, etc.), > >> externals for other computer music environments (e.g., ChucK, Max/MSP, PD, > >> CSOUND, SuperCollider, etc.), etc.). > >> > >> cheers, > >> Mario > >> > >> _______________________________________________ > >> chuck-users mailing list > >> chuck-users@lists.cs.princeton.edu > >> https://lists.cs.princeton.edu/mailman/listinfo/chuck-users > >> > > > > > > > > -- > > Julius O.
