Looks like maven won't have hadoop-*-core.jar until 0.20 is released.
Meanwhile, we should check in a version of hadoop-0.20-dev.jar for building the
data collection part. hadoop-0.18.3.jar for the demux pipeline. We should
update the demux pipeline to work on hadoop 0.20 and above as soon as possible.
When hadoop-*-core.jar is in maven, we will use ivy to pull that jar file in
another jira.
