AbstractMetricsContext is using the wrong value

When I put CHUKWA-12, I have used the wrong version of AbstractMetricsContext.
The metrics file will contain, the accumulated value, the current value for the
period (raw) and the rate value
The raw value and period could be removed if we're outputting the rate
information, however people may found both of them useful.
ex:
"addedChunk_raw":3
"addedChunk":88
"period":6
"addedChunk_rate":30 ==> 3*60/6 = 30
