Two of the long running clusters show the same symptoms, where jvm and namenode
metrics files are unregistered when they shouldn't. This may not be the same
issue as CHUKWA-5. However, someone should take a closer look at the problem
associate with ChukwaAgent and ChukwaAgentController.
