Demux should use HADOOP_CONF_DIR to source hadoop configuration for Job
Tracker. The current system does not work unless hadoop-site.xml is inside
CHUKWA_CONF_DIR. This should be changed to keep configuration separation
between chukwa and hadoop as clean as possible.
