Attachment: chukwa-205-demux.patch
Created class Log4JMetricsContextProcessor to process logs created by
Log4JMetricsContext.
Added mapping to chukwa-demux-conf.xml to use Log4JMetricsContextProcessor for
chunkQueue, chukwaAgent, chukwaHttpSender.
Mdl mapping file will be in another patch file.
