Tried to install and use RC4 here at Berkeley.

A few things I noticed:

-There are a bunch of *.sh files in bin that aren't executable. This
means things break.
-Can't build from source and then start chukwa, since the
ivy-downloaded libraries aren't on the classpath.
-Start-data-processors and hicc.sh disagree about tomcat minor version
numbers. Should really not hardcode this.
-If you start the archive manager too early, then it prints
   2009-05-13 22:59:57,233 INFO main ChukwaArchiveManager - Raw
Archive dir:/chukwa/dataSinkArchives
as fast as possible. I've opened CHUKWA-238 for this.
- Why doesn't stop-data-processors remove all the crontab entries that
start-data-processors creates?
