FileAdaptor SHOULD NOT removed itself from adaptorPositions and
adaptorByNumber. This is private logic internal to the stopAdaptor method and
therefore should NOT be exposed outside.
Could you provide a test case that reproduce this error since the FileAdaptor
is calling agent.stopAdaptor(XXX).
