DbAdmin.sh is for aggregation/down sampling data. DbLoader.sh is for manually load sequence file into Database. DbSetup.sh is for manually creating database tables.
For loading data automatically from HDFS to MySQL, it is loaded through postProcess.sh, which is started by running start-data-processors.sh.
