Test Aggregator does not fail correctly on failed test case

Fix For: 0.2.0, 0.3.0
There are blank line inserted into aggregator.sql, and those empty lines are
triggering exception in aggregator. The test case are logging the errors but
the return result is inconsistent with the test result. This jira should fix
both the test case and aggregator.sql.
