I'm not sure grouping it into a big script is helpful; I think that would make
it harder to understand, not easier.
However, I'm all for trimming down the dir.
I propose deleting buildHourlyArchive and buildDailyArchive as well as
processSinkFiles. I can do the svn delete if someone votes to approve -- no
patch needed.
