create webapps/sandbox in build dir,
org.apache.hadoop.chukwa.hicc.{OfflineTimeHandler,ImageSlicer},
web/hicc/js/{behaviour.js,gsv.js}, and also creates the
src/java/org/apache/hadoop/chukwa/analysis subdirs; may result in dir conflict
