Distribution is missing some Chukwa conrib build files

After running 'ant package' the following files are missing from the output
directory:
{noformat}
build/chukwa-0.4.0/contrib/build.xml
build/chukwa-0.4.0/contrib/build-common.xml
{noformat}
This means that they don't get included in the Chukwa distribution, which makes
it very difficult to later build Chukwa from a published distribution with
patched contrib files.
