Configuration changes:
- Hadoop metrics are grouped in HadoopMetrics data type, with a generic parser
(HadoopMetricsProcessor).
- Chukwa metrics are grouped in chukwa data type, with a generic parser
extended from HadoopMetricsProcessor.
- Remove legacy hadoop-metrics-log4j.properties because this file is no long
used since Chukwa 0.1.2
- Update demux config file to match the new demux parsers
- Update initial adaptor file to use the new set of adaptors for streaming
hadoop metrics and system metrics.
