This doesn't seem to be the case, the agent actually ignores adaptors that
start with #. Here is the output from agent.log
2010-12-04 00:29:26,187 WARN main ChukwaAgent - only 'add' command supported in
config files; cmd was: # add
org.apache.hadoop.chukwa.datacollection.adaptor.ExecAdaptor Iostat 60
/usr/bin/iostat -x -k 55 2 0
ChukwaAgent doesn't crash.
