Fix For: 0.5.0
HBaseWriter test case has been disabled for the past year. This was due to
volatile changes in HBase API. Now, HBase 0.90.x and Zookeeper 3.3.3 are ready
on maven repository. It seems like a good time to integrate and turn on the
test case.
