Fix For: 0.6.0
Jersey is not compatible with third party JDK like IBM JDK. It would be nice
if Chukwa REST api can support third party JDK. Apache Wink is a nice JAXB-RS
replacement for Jersey. Chukwa should adopt Apache Wink for REST API framework.
