Add the jsp-compile plugin in the *jspc profile*. If the user defines *-Djspc*,
the maven attempts to compile the existing jsp code into target/web folder.
It somehow helps to identify any potential bugs in jsp code. However, this
maven plugin lacks of some detailed compiling error messages. If any tool is
better than it, please let me know. Thanks.
