Since originally Ganglia web frontend is combined in Ganglia monitor suite,
which using gmond as a agent, gmeted as a collector, and RRD as a database.
Here we transplant Ganglia web frontend to chukwa, we should:
(1) Modify Ganglia web code to use HBase as a data source instead of RRD.
(2) choose a graph tool instead of RRDTools to draw metric chart.
