Summary: Remove/Archive forest based website contents to avoid
confusion

The current website contents folder in svn has mixed forest based and mvn based
contents. This should be cleanup and leave only current information there.
Suggestion:
Create a branch/tag (currently state or from before introducing maven)
Remove forest information (which is probably a lot of the contents outside
pom.xml and src/ folder)
