Hi Kirk, I am running on top of Redhat EL 5.1, Java 1.6, MySQL 5.1.30, Chukwa 0.4.0 and Hadoop 0.20.1 (yahoo). Chukwa should work on EL 5.4, if there is no change in top and iostat output.
