Bibliographically, how is the column of text transposition from pg 76
to pg 75 in the US Edition (Cohen 268.2, Langworth A138cb) described?
Is it a 1st printing, 1st state, or 1st issue? Reading Mr. Cohen’s
article "A Churchill Collector's Conundrum" and Langworth (1998) pg
331 “but, a second impression [printing] also 1964 has been reported”
I would expect it to be a “1st printing”. Is this correct?
