MAM refers to four paragraphs praising Lloyd George. These are in Volume III, Part I, of the Thornton Butterworth edition of *The World Crisis*, pp 256-7 (same pagination as the Easton edition).
Three of the four paragraphs are in the Macmillan abridged and revised edition of *The World Crisis*, pp 669-70. Since I do not have the Scribners edition, which has different pagination from Thornton Butterworth, I am unable to give the exact page ref. But the four paragraphs will be easy to find; they are the last paragraphs of Chapter X "A Political Interlude", Vol III, Part II.
