     In response to the Washington Times article by Tony Blankley "Winston 
Churchill still instructs" is my take published in the Washington Times of 
how Winston came to power.  While it's true his dissenting voice from the 
backbench was heard, it wasn't until Great Britain had its back against the 
wall that Churchill was the only one to guide the ship.
