while this will never show up on my list of favorite songs, or even on my
mp3 player, I cant say that it disgusted or offended me. Getting WSC’s
words and deeds out to the younger generation is a good thing, and this
video at least speaks in a language that younger people will pay attention
to. The curricula at the schools my children attend have not yet included
a single thing about WSC, the only way they know about him is that I have a
photo of him over our breakfast table. (well, I also bribed the oldest to
read My Early Life, but that is a different story)

I was surprised by my reaction, shortly into the video, I just shut it off
and deleted it. I am open minded about most topics, not this one, nor an
appeal to forgive Hitler, Manson, nor Ted Bundy.

I would hope that it doesn’t amuse many. At best, it’s a trivialization of
a great man’s work in a time of crisis.

This may amuse some. Dance music DJ mixers have created songs which feature
mixes of Martin Luther King and JFK speeches. They have now created one
based on Churchill's "Great Declaration"....not to everyone's taste but
certainly a means of introducing the Great Man to another generation: See
