I, of course, fully recognize Prof. Muller's most assiduous efforts and understand that publishers' time tables are measured in millenia, but would it be possible to have a progress report on the annotated River War? I admire Prof. Muller's restraint. At this point, I would be interviewing assassins with especial reference to their experience against publishers. Jonathan Hayes
