Yes - from my Bibliography of Britain in the Second World War (which will
hopefully be published some day in CD form):

-Funk, Arthur Layton. ‘Churchill, Eisenhower and the French Resistance’.
Military Affairs45-1 (February 1981) : 29-33.
-Kersaudy, François. Churchill and de Gaulle. London : Collins, 1981 (Revised.
London : Fontana, 1990).
-Kersaudy, François. ‘Churchill and de Gaulle’. In Parker, R.A.C. & Barnett,
Correlli [Editors]. Winston Churchill : Studies in Statesmanship.London :
Brassey’s, 1995 : 124-134.
-Kersaudy, François. ‘Churchill and de Gaulle’. In Mayne, Richard ; Johnson,
Douglas & Tombs, Robert [Editors].Cross Channel Currents : 100 Years of the
Entente Cordiale. London : Routledge, 2004 : 116-121.-La Gorce, Paul-Marie de.
‘De Gaulle and Britain’. In Mayne, Richard ; Johnson, Douglas & Tombs, Robert
[Editors].Cross Channel Currents : 100 Years of the Entente Cordiale. London :
Routledge, 2004 : 109-115.-Reardon, Terry. ‘Lion of Britain, Cross of
Lorraine : Churchill and de Gaulle’. Finest Hour – Journal of the Churchill
Center and Societies 138 (Spring 2008) : 24-29.-Stossel, Clifford A. Churchill
and De Gaulle : The greatest Allies. Headcorn : Headcorn Instrumentation, 2009.

If one thinks in terms of the "trio" with F.D. Roosevelt :

-Aglion, Raoul. De Gaulle et Roosevelt : La France Libre aux États-Unis.
Collection Espoir. Paris : Plon, 1984. (Roosevelt and de Gaulle : Allies in
Conflict – A Personal Memoir. New York : Free Press, 1988).
-Berthon, Simon. Allies at War : The bitter Rivalry among Churchill, Roosevelt
and de Gaulle.London : HarperCollins, 2001.
-Langer, William L. Our Vichy Gamble. New York : Knopf, 1947.
-Verrier, Anthony. ‘Roosevelt’s failure to impose his policy on the future of
France’. Franco-British Studies 7 (Spring 1989) : 7-14.-Viorst, Milton. Hostile
Allies : F.D.R. and Charles de Gaulle. New York : Macmillan, 1965.
-White, Dorothy S. Seeds of Discord : De Gaulle, Free France and the Allies.
Syracuse University Press, 1964.
-Zahniser, Marvin R. ‘Rethinking the significance of disaster : The United
States and the Fall of France in 1940’. International History Review 14-2
(1992) : 252-276.

To this, one should add the memoirs and diaries of their aides (John Colville,
etc.) and diplomats (Sir Alexander Cadogan, etc.) - and of course the major
biographies (by Sir Martin Gilbert, Lacouture, Kersaudy, etc.)

Ståhlberg's bibliography probably gives a comprehensive list - though nobody
can ever hope to give a full list of all publications throwing light on the
subject.

Best wishes,

A.Capet
