I have seen a copy of a memo written by Churchill in, I think, 1940 instructing his senior civil servants & members of his government to maintain a positive confident attitude or words to that effect. I have seen it republished somewhere but have been unable to re-locate it.
I would be grateful if anyone could send me a reference to where this memo is republished, or a URL if it is reproduced somewhere on the Web.
