Some of you may have had to opportunity to meet Churchill's great grandson Alex Perkins at the Churchill Conference in London several years ago. He's now separated from the British Army and is spearheading a campaign to change the law to allow his Afghan interpreter to stay in the UK.
He now has just over 77,000 signatures on his petition which he will be presenting to the Foreign Minister at Number 10. I'm sure that Alex would appreciate the support everyone on the list. You can find more on the story in *Chartwell Bulletin* here http://bit.ly/17fMKsU Here's a link to the petition if you would like to sign http://chn.ge/15FJ3Kh -john [image: photo] *John David olsen **Director of Communication* The Churchill Centre m: +61 (0) 401 92 7878 e: [email protected] w: winstonchurchill.org [image: Facebook]<http://s.wisestamp.com/links?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FChurchillCentre> [image: Twitter]<http://s.wisestamp.com/links?url=https%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2Fchurchillcentre> [image: LinkedIn]<http://s.wisestamp.com/links?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.linkedin.com%2Fin%2Fjohndavidolsen> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ChurchillChat" group.
