Dear fellow Churchillians,

Its been awhile since I posted, But I am painting a picture about the
Battle of Britain and during my research I am curious to know how
much Churchill moved to tears during those days. I read that on occasions
he was deeply moved after visiting RAF Uxbridge during the battle . Can
anyone shine some light on this time and how Churchill reacted. It
certainly seems his speeches came out of deep personal experience of what
was at stake and seeing the sacrifices - Thankyou

Peter
