I think it is unwise to assume Churchill's speaking style was somehow
immutable. Churchill developed a style that was evidently well suited to
his own times, and if he had been born a century later, no doubt he
would have been capable of developing a style effective in these times.
But, yes, if he were somehow transported to the present from, say, 1940,
he might require some time to adapt.
