However, buses from DC and other places, a total of 100 buses, are now hundreds of miles away from New Orleans after being turned away by Defense Department paperwork. At first New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin said to wait while they found people who wanted to get on the buses. But what turned the buses back was "Defense Department paperwork", probably another Karl Rove special which is supposed to be reported as "Ray Nagin's fault". TV is reporting the literal words of their commentator on the buses, and the last word he said about it was,"we were blocked by Defense Department paperwork". -Bob ------------------------ Yahoo!
